Refund Policy
Last updated: 30 August 2026
Normfluss is self-serve software billed as prepaid credits and monthly API allotments through our Merchant of Record, Paddle. This policy explains when a purchase can be refunded. Where mandatory EU consumer or right-of-withdrawal protections apply, they are honoured and take precedence over anything narrower below.
Prepaid platform credits: unused
Prepaid credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase if they are unused. Credits never expire, but the refund window for unused credits is 14 days from the date of purchase.
Prepaid platform credits: partially used
If you have used some of a purchase, the unused credits are refundable within the 14-day window. Credits already spent remediating pages are non-refundable, because the processing work was performed and the compute was incurred. In short: you are refunded for what you did not use, not for work already done.
API monthly allotments
A monthly API allotment is non-refundable once the period has started and usage has begun. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals; cancelling takes effect at the end of the current period. Unused allotment does not roll over to the next period and is not refunded.
If the platform fails to deliver
If Normfluss fails to deliver a remediation it should have produced (a genuine defect on our side) we will re-process the affected document or refund the credits it consumed. A job that fails for a reason outside the remediation itself (for example an encrypted or corrupt upload the platform correctly refuses) is not charged in the first place.
Free checks
The free accessibility check is free. There is no charge, so there is nothing to refund.
How to request a refund
Email support@normfluss.com with your account email and the purchase you want refunded. Eligible refunds are processed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. They are returned to your original payment method by Paddle, not paid out directly by Normfluss.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under applicable law, including EU right-of-withdrawal rules where they apply. Where those rights give you more than this policy, those rights apply.
